InSight Women's Bible Study: 2 Corinthians

Something terrible has happened to Paul. Because of it, in 2 Corinthians, Paul dives deep into sorrow and hurt, and what to do about it. He emerges with a clearer vision of what it meant that Jesus himself suffered for and with us and rose again in triumph. Paul highlights the role of Christian community in our own journeys through tragedy into sunlight, as he writes in 2 Corinthians 1. 3: Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ…who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
